Grant applications, regardless of the requested amount, can be submitted on an ongoing basis, however no later than 3 and no earlier than 8 months before the project start date. Applications submitted earlier or later than required will not be accepted.

Projects should take place in accordance with the schedule given in the application, however they should be completed no later than 31 December of the year for which the grant was awarded, and their implementation period should generally not exceed 12 months.

The maximum grant amount in 2026 is PLN 100,000 or EUR 23,500.

An application for up to PLN 30,000 (EUR 7,000) can be submitted on an ongoing basis provided that the previous project for which the applicant received a grant of up to PLN 30,000 (EUR 7,000) has been completed.

An application for an amount exceeding PLN 30,000 (EUR 7,000) can be submitted no more than once every 3 months.

An applicant who has outstanding settlements for a completed project for which they received a grant exceeding PLN 30,000 (EUR 7,000) cannot submit another application until the previous application has been settled.
