On 20 June 2018, at the Zielna Conference Centre, a presentation of research results and a debate took place: "Poles and Germans on European Politics. Poland-Germany Barometer 2018, Part II." Two-thirds of Poles still rate Polish-German relations as good, while German opinions have dropped dramatically. Most Poles and Germans want mutual relations to focus on the future rather than history. However, the past once again plays a role in Poles' assessments of these relations. When asked about their identification with Europe, Poles are ahead of their neighbours across the Oder, according to the latest public opinion survey from the "Poland-Germany Barometer" series by the Institute of Public Affairs (ISP), the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), and the Körber Foundation.
